Description

  • Build Nuitée’s product-led GTM operating system from scratch.
  • Design and maintain website and product tracking across the funnel.
  • Connect product usage, CRM, enrichment tools, and dashboards into a unified view.
  • Create scoring, routing, nurturing, and alerting workflows for inbound demand.
  • Automate lead and account enrichment so Sales and SDRs can act on qualified signals.
  • Develop dashboards, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to support Growth and Sales decisions.
  • Work directly with the VP Growth to define how the new growth motion should operate.
  • Identify high-potential accounts, verticals, and conversion signals that warrant sales follow-up.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth operations, RevOps, or a progressively more technical growth marketing role.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Comfort with APIs and basic scripting.
  • Experience with tools such as PostHog, HubSpot, Clay, Looker Studio, or BigQuery.
  • Use of AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, or Replit to build solutions faster.
  • Demonstrated ability to build something independently, even outside of work.
  • Self-directed approach with the ability to figure out what needs to be built without heavy structure.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or an API-first company, with understanding of how product usage translates into commercial outcomes.
  • Preferred: experience working in fast-moving, low-process environments with high ownership.
