Description

  • Administer compensation for hires on variable compensation plans.
  • Support compensation programs within current and future ICM tools and related processes.
  • Develop and document compensation procedures to improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage commission plans to ensure compensation is calculated, accounted for, and settled on time.
  • Review commission expense outputs, reconciliations, adjustments, and commission modifications for accuracy.
  • Ensure data accuracy within ICM tools and through manual audit processes.
  • Resolve sales team commission payment inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain working knowledge of source systems and tools, including Salesforce and Snowflake.
  • Develop commission communications and train sales and field operations teams on calculations and policy changes.
  • Draft and maintain commission plans, statements, and related documentation.
  • Identify issues proactively and recommend new programs and process improvements.
  • Perform what-if scenarios and assumptions for commission expense calculations.
  • Partner with the GTM Sales Compensation Manager to model, develop, and modify sales commission plans and Rules of Engagement.
  • Analyze sales compensation performance and effectiveness.
  • Produce ad hoc reports supporting compensation and other team initiatives such as turnover, headcount, and diversity reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of Sales Compensation experience working with multifaceted, complex plans.
  • Experience in commission systems is required, including entering new hires, updating employee records, pulling reports, updating the commission system, and performing monthly audits.
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ Admin is a plus.
  • ICM tool admin certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining an ICM tool is preferred.
  • Experience working in hyper-growth environments and the ability to context-switch regularly.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Ability to produce reports and analytical presentations with oversight from the hiring manager.
