Description

  • Develop tailored packages, proposals, and client-focused sales presentations for integrated media campaigns.
  • Support Atlanta, Macon, and Tampa sales teams with market research, competitive analysis, and client insights.
  • Organize, maintain, and update sales materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to build product knowledge across broadcast, OTT, and digital solutions.
  • Generate and maintain inventory availability for linear and digital platforms and respond to avails requests.
  • Process and enter advertising orders accurately into the traffic system.
  • Prepare attribution reports for OTT and linear TV campaigns and turn data into actionable presentations.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, manage under-delivery issues, and coordinate makegoods.
  • Process co-op advertising invoices and prepare special billing as needed.
  • Complete required updates in Monday.com to support workflow tracking and project visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of operational or administrative support experience in media, advertising, or sales-related environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to support pre-sale and post-sale campaign implementation and client service responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation creation and design.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to generate insights and build presentations.
  • Ability to learn CRM software, Wide Orbit traffic systems, and project management tools quickly.
  • Understanding of broadcast television advertising, Comscore ratings, OTT/streaming platforms, and digital advertising concepts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and client information appropriately.
  • Team-oriented mindset and positive, collaborative approach.
