Description

  • Serve as the primary client partner for global publication initiatives.
  • Lead the development and delivery of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations from planning through submission.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate scientific communications.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic publication plans aligned to clinical milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with ICMJE, GPP, and journal or congress requirements.
  • Contribute to organic account growth and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences degree preferred and an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in medical communications with a focus on publications.
  • Proven experience managing manuscripts and congress deliverables.
  • Strong project management and financial oversight skills.
  • Confident client communicator with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with publication management systems such as iEnvision is a plus.
  • Experience in an agency or dynamic client-service environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively across global publication programs is preferred.
