Description

  • Own the business plan for acquiring new-logo targets within the Commercial Account Executive segment.
  • Prospect proactively in the assigned territory and respond quickly to inbound leads.
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline with approximately 4x annual quota coverage.
  • Run the full sales cycle from discovery through close, including pricing, contracting, and internal approvals.
  • Prioritize opportunities and coordinate with internal Novara teams to create a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize activity, pipeline generation, and bookings.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce.
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations by phone and web meetings.
  • Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to a collaborative sales culture.
  • Partner with Marketing, SDRs, Implementation, Customer Success, sales engineers, and EHS experts to improve pipeline conversion and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience selling to SMB customers with shorter sales cycles and multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Familiarity with industries such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, or energy is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities while staying organized and following through.
  • Strong grit, discipline, and competitive drive with a desire to exceed targets.
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to uncover pain points and align solutions to business needs.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills for operational and business decision-makers.
  • Comfort using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar productivity tools.
  • Positive attitude, coachability, and a team-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification upon hire.

  • Annual base salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus uncapped commission.
