Description

  • Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, email, and referral channels.
  • Analyze user acquisition funnels to identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user flows to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage referral programs and virality loops to expand growth.
  • Collaborate with content, social, and paid teams on coordinated growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and activation.
  • Report experiment results and scale the tactics that perform best.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using Google Analytics, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Curiosity and a test-and-learn mentality.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and basic funnel analysis.
  • Comfort with marketing tools such as email platforms, ad dashboards, or CRMs.
  • Self-managed and results-oriented.
  • Experience in growth marketing or related marketing roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment is preferred.
