Description

  • Acquire new Travel B2B clients across the United States and generate incremental revenue.
  • Identify, secure, and manage relationships with prospects and key players in the travel ecosystem.
  • Analyze client businesses, operations, and performance to tailor outreach and account strategy.
  • Negotiate with potential clients and communicate Nium’s value proposition effectively.
  • Build qualified opportunities through direct outreach and partner channels.
  • Map accounts, influence decision-makers, and close deals.
  • Generate revenue and meet pre-agreed targets for customer flows, revenue, and profitability.
  • Use consultative selling to meet or exceed financial and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional peers to leverage best practices and support sales execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within Payments, FinTech, or Travel.
  • Strong network and understanding of OTAs, bedbanks, TMCs, airlines, or travel tech platforms.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and exceeding revenue targets in the United States.
  • Experience selling payment, card, or financial solutions into travel companies.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to independently build and convert a sales pipeline.
  • Experience generating sales leads, negotiating effectively, and closing transactions is required.
  • Ability to work in a remote U.S.-based role.
  • Background in business development and consultative selling is preferred.

  • Base salary of $152,000 to $190,000 per year.
