Description

  • Lead projects end to end from technical strategy through execution.
  • Connect product vision, technical feasibility, and business needs.
  • Communicate options, trade-offs, costs, and timelines to clients and internal teams.
  • Architect scalable solutions for AI-powered products.
  • Guide and mentor engineers while maintaining delivery quality and speed.
  • Translate business requirements into technical decisions and implementation plans.
  • Solve complex technical problems and coordinate challenges with clients.
  • Maintain code standards, best practices, and execution accountability.
  • Work closely with Eastern US meeting hours as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
  • Strong experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Clear understanding of design patterns and software development best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience with OAuth and single sign-on, including SAML.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to present and discuss ideas in English at B2-C1 level.
  • Flexibility with working hours to participate in meetings with Eastern USA.
  • Preferred: leadership experience in driving execution and owning solutions.
