Description

  • Own and scale the content strategy across blog, email, social, and gated assets to drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Run SEO and AEO programs, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO monitoring, and backlink development through outreach and digital PR.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered marketing workflows for content production, research, and distribution using tools such as AirOps and Claude.
  • Write high-quality copy for blog posts, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, email sequences, social posts, and lead magnets.
  • Create new offers and lead magnets such as guides, tools, frameworks, and templates that convert visitors into leads.
  • Interview engineers, designers, and AI team members and turn their expertise into accurate, accessible, and authoritative content.
  • Own email marketing in HubSpot, including newsletters, nurture sequences, segmentation, testing, and workflow optimization.
  • Manage content calendars, production workflows, and cross-team handoffs in Monday.com and Notion.
  • Collaborate with design and web teams in Figma and Webflow to build landing pages and content experiences.
  • Track and report on performance using Google Analytics, DataBox, and Ahrefs, and use insights to guide next steps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a tech or digital agency environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Genuine fluency with AI workflow automation tools such as AirOps or equivalent, plus Claude MCPs, agents, and prompt engineering.
  • Proven experience shipping AI-assisted marketing workflows.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio to demonstrate them.
  • Real experience with keyword strategy, on-page SEO, AEO, and backlink growth.
  • Comfort working in Figma and enough Webflow fluency to collaborate with designers and developers.
  • Deep working knowledge of Google Analytics, DataBox, and Ahrefs or SurferSEO.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined project management skills in Monday.com and Notion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency or higher.
  • Nice to have: SaaS marketing experience, especially in mobile or web.
  • Nice to have: Experience running or contributing to digital PR and link-building programs.
  • Nice to have: Background producing technical content for developer or technical buyer audiences.
