Description

  • Serve as the primary customer advocate and main escalation point for project decisions.
  • Orchestrate outreach and segment the existing lead flow to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct discovery calls to turn business problems into AI-focused technical requirements.
  • Evaluate client data and objectives to assess technical feasibility and economic viability before proposal stage.
  • Lead rapid validation sprints to move projects into 2-week technical stress tests.
  • Draft detailed Statements of Work and proposals with milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Manage all leads and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in HubSpot on a daily basis.
  • Serve as the sole point of contact for client communications, provide weekly updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help clients define 30-90 day strategic roadmaps that extend beyond the current project.
  • Monitor interaction quality using the AI call-scoring system to ensure strategic alignment and strong relationship building.

Requirements

  • Experience using Monday.com to organize tasks, sprints, and timelines across multiple boards.
  • Experience creating HubSpot workflows, automations, and managing platform settings.
  • Ability to use Claude Code for automations and workflow simplification.
  • Comfort working in a remote-first, global, fast-moving team environment.
  • Ability to manage client communications and maintain strong follow-through on lead and pipeline updates.
