Description

  • Build and grow relationships with senior financial services stakeholders, including C-suite executives and leaders in digital, transformation, and customer experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing innovation, regulatory requirements, and operational resilience.
  • Shape strategic roadmaps aligned to Valtech’s digital experience, data and AI, commerce, and enterprise transformation capabilities.
  • Own commercial performance across the client portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and long-term growth planning.
  • Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling Valtech’s services.
  • Lead new business pursuits, including strategy development, proposals, and executive-level presentations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Financial Services leadership to strengthen market presence.
  • Lead account planning and strategic prioritization across internal teams.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
  • Partner with delivery leaders to ensure high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and escalation support for complex programs.

Requirements

  • Strong experience working with financial services clients such as banks, insurance firms, fintechs, or asset and wealth managers.
  • Deep financial services expertise within the digital transformation sector.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory environments, digital platforms, data governance, and security considerations.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, in complex regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated success owning and growing multi-million-pound client portfolios.
  • Strong background in client account management.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience shaping strategic, value-led engagements.
  • Comfortable working across a global matrix organization.
  • Understanding of trends such as open banking, embedded finance, AI, personalisation, and platform modernisation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence in executive-level discussions.
