Description

  • Retain and grow a multi-million dollar client base.
  • Understand SMB customer needs across all verticals.
  • Deploy retention strategies to reduce churn and increase contract adoption.
  • Address customer concerns and competitive threats through negotiation and account management.
  • Identify and communicate product, operational, and competitive gaps to improve the retention motion.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Analytics teams to strengthen retention strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to merchants at critical moments in their journey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience identifying and closing both retention and growth opportunities.
  • Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and financial literacy skills.
  • Strong storytelling and vision-setting skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for and knowledge of how new technologies can better serve small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience working with SMB customers across multiple verticals is preferred.
