Description

  • Manage and expand strategic relationships across DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, agencies, ad networks, and monetization partners to increase revenue and buyer participation.
  • Own demand-side partnerships to grow strategic monetization opportunities, improve demand density, and strengthen exchange competitiveness.
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute partnership opportunities across open marketplace demand, PMPs, direct deals, programmatic guaranteed, SPO initiatives, exchange integrations, and custom monetization opportunities.
  • Work closely with publishers and internal teams to align buyer demand with publisher monetization goals and growth priorities.
  • Collaborate with Auction Science, Product, and Engineering to analyze auction dynamics, improve buyer participation, and optimize yield performance.
  • Monitor partner performance and monetization trends to identify revenue growth and market share opportunities.
  • Represent Nimbus externally at industry conferences, partner meetings, and ecosystem conversations.
  • Support strategic GTM initiatives such as partner launches, case studies, monetization narratives, and conference strategy.
  • Assist with partnership onboarding, deal execution, troubleshooting escalations, performance investigations, strategic reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of ad tech experience with a strong understanding of the mobile programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, agencies, publishers, mediation platforms, and RTB infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with SDK-based monetization on iOS and Android.
  • Proven track record of developing and growing strategic commercial relationships across demand-side partners, exchanges, agencies, and monetization platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to work across large data sets, identify trends, and make action-oriented recommendations.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Existing relationships across the mobile advertising ecosystem are strongly preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills across in-person, video, phone, email, and Slack.
  • BS or BA is desirable.
  • Knowledge of mobile programmatic advertising, in-app mediation, RTB auctions, supply path optimization (SPO), mobile monetization infrastructure, DSP buying behavior, exchange dynamics, and industry trends.
