Description

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective GoodLeap partners.
  • Manage accounts under $2 million in annual volume and coordinate handoff to outside sales for larger accounts.
  • Source new partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Develop a strong understanding of GoodLeap products and align them to customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Directors to support partner success.
  • Provide business-intelligence-driven guidance to assigned partners to help drive their growth and development.
  • Innovate on sales processes, pitches, and outreach approaches and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Clearly explain technical topics such as financial products and legal agreements.
  • Interact with executive team members to develop new programs and enhance existing ones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling to home improvement contractors and/or distributors.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working for a home improvement contractor selling to homeowners using financing to close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas through client proposals, persuasive presentations, and strategic outreach materials.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
