Description

  • Acquire new enterprise customers across Western Europe, with a primary focus on Italy and additional coverage of Spain and Portugal.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and review territory plans aligned to business goals.
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning and prospecting through discovery, qualification, negotiation, and close.
  • Lead consultative conversations with senior executives to define value, build business cases, develop ROI models, and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Work closely with internal teams including BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership.
  • Represent Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver demos, presentations, and customer meetings.
  • Use CRM consistently to track sales activity and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven success as an Enterprise Sales Executive selling SaaS in the Contact Center or Conversational AI space.
  • Hunter mentality with a strong drive to win in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Experience navigating sales cycles with management-level stakeholders, especially SVP and C-level executives.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and discipline in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable approach.
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging internal resources.
  • Comfort working with a partner channel to support the sales process.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Experience in Western Europe enterprise sales is relevant for the role's territory focus.
