Description

  • Assist customers, Suite Account Managers, and Account Executives with contract renewals and renewal negotiations.
  • Retain customers during the negotiation process while supporting revenue growth through annual or CPI increases and product additions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and contractual documents for internal renewal meetings.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their goals, desired outcomes, and renewal expectations.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other details to achieve favorable outcomes for both NiCE and the customer.
  • Partner with SAMs, AEs, Technical Account Managers, and Finance to support revenue retention and consistent customer messaging.
  • Extend contracts for multiple years and support contract management activities.
  • Maintain working knowledge of customer contracts, NiCE billing methods, competitors, and NiCE products and services.
  • Track renewal success and revenue growth using tools such as Salesforce and Excel.
  • Identify areas of risk and prepare recommendations to minimize exposure.
  • Create contract documents, presentations, emails, and spreadsheets to support renewal work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of applicable experience in contract negotiation.
  • 4+ years of experience in contact center or service delivery.
  • Experience with SaaS billing models.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting customer contract timelines.
  • Experience working independently with little to no daily supervision.
  • Ability to pivot between negotiation projects and multitask responsibilities.
  • Strong adaptability and responsiveness in changing or uncertain environments.
  • Experience tracking and reporting renewal metrics such as renewal rates.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders such as CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Account management or sales experience is preferred.
