Description

  • Provide clients with outbound and global PR strategies and maintain healthy, trusted client relationships.
  • Develop proposals for new clients and support both long-term and project-based business opportunities.
  • Lead team building and daily team management to ensure high standards of client service.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, identify needs, and drive long-term cooperation and satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across planning and execution to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Coordinate global suppliers and partners, manage budgets, and oversee execution quality.
  • Optimize internal collaboration processes to improve project delivery.
  • Support the commercial side of client management through account growth and business development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the PR and advertising industry.
  • Experience serving Chinese companies with outbound PR communications, or working in the internal PR function of an outbound Chinese company.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese companies’ global communication needs and outbound brand strategy.
  • Ability to formulate and execute PR and brand communication plans for international markets.
  • Experience analyzing target market culture, policy, and media environments.
  • Familiarity with outbound business models and PR strategies in technology, new energy, and cross-border e-commerce.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, proposal development, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, coordination, and on-site execution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and client-facing skills, with extensive team management experience.
  • Strong client management, content development, media and influencer relations, and cross-department communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
