Description

  • Lead high-visibility software and AI/GenAI projects from initiation through closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and customer expectations are met.
  • Own project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and core project documentation.
  • Serve as the primary client partner and provide clear, consistent communication with executive leadership.
  • Drive ownership and accountability across project teams.
  • Manage escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Guide teams through the full project lifecycle and adapt plans as priorities change.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and AI/GenAI stakeholders to align roadmaps and support go-to-market readiness.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues that could affect delivery.
  • Mentor project managers and promote best practices across the PMO.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing software delivery projects.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience delivering technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of managing risks, revenue, and escalations.
  • Excellent communication and expectation management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, and Power BI.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong leadership presence and a solution-oriented mindset.
