Description

  • Establish new strategic customer relationships and maintain existing accounts.
  • Analyze customers’ business situations to identify constraints and growth opportunities created by technological change.
  • Drive NICE Actimize’s response to customers’ critical business problems.
  • Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to meet business goals.
  • Ensure proposed sales solutions align with NICE Actimize strengths and can be successfully implemented.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives.
  • Create and maintain a strong network of relationships to support sales efforts.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between NICE Actimize and customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum BS or BA degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience selling software solutions to the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to sell $1M enterprise software or business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level business users and sell based on business value.
  • Ability to work with Sales Engineers and IT users to understand high-level technical requirements.
  • Experience selling or general knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering is required.
  • Global vision, creativity, and long-term planning ability.
  • Role reports to the Director of Sales and is an individual contributor position.
