Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for reporting, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
  • Shape data platform strategy across warehouses, data marts, ELT/ETL pipelines, semantic layers, embedded analytics, and lakehouse architecture.
  • Lead structured discovery with healthcare providers, administrators, revenue cycle leaders, and clinical staff.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in partnership with engineering and design.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of iterative reporting and analytics releases while managing dependencies and blockers.
  • Define and track financial, clinical, adoption, retention, revenue, and efficiency KPIs.
  • Partner with Commercial teams on positioning, packaging, launches, and adoption strategies.
  • Champion data quality, governance, lineage, responsible AI use, and client-data compliance.
  • Mentor product teams and improve discovery, definition, and delivery practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of reporting, analytics, or data-driven products.
  • Fluency in non-acute or specialty healthcare financial KPIs, including revenue cycle management, charge capture, denials, accounts receivable aging, net collection rate, and underpayment detection.
  • Working knowledge of data warehouses, data marts, ELT/ETL pipelines, semantic and metrics layers, embedded BI, and lakehouse medallion architecture.
  • Strong SQL fundamentals, including SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, and ORDER BY, plus relational database concepts.
  • Hands-on experience implementing agentic AI workflows with guardrails and human approval checkpoints.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts for analytics and insight generation, with a demonstrated history of using AI in daily work.
  • Experience authoring clear product requirements, managing Agile backlogs, and partnering closely with engineering.
  • Ability to conduct rapid client discovery, make data-driven decisions, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Preferred: healthcare technology, EHR, revenue cycle, ambulatory care, BI platforms such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma, and AI/LLM analytics experience.
  • Preferred: Jira familiarity, specialty-care experience, or an MBA/technical or analytics advanced degree.
