Description

  • Own brokerage products for Saudi and GCC markets, including equities, Sukuk, ETFs, derivatives, securities lending, and Sharia-compliant solutions.
  • Define and execute the regional product strategy, roadmap, and build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Scale Saudi market access and adapt the operating model for the UAE.
  • Build and manage connectivity with Tadawul, Edaa, and other regional market infrastructure.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and integrate local broker partners.
  • Write product requirements and work with engineering teams to deliver compliant features and integrations.
  • Improve regional settlement, custody, clearing, and brokerage operational workflows.
  • Engage customers, regulators, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify needs and ensure alignment.
  • Track and report product performance, delivery status, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or an equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, or startup environments, preferably in financial services or fintech.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of the CMA regulatory framework, Tadawul market structure, and GCC capital markets.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to balance stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, time, and budget.
  • Experience developing brokerage products in Saudi or GCC markets (preferred).
  • Technical experience with APIs, particularly in financial services or trading platforms (preferred).
  • CME-1 or other CMA-recognized certification, QFI or cross-border investment experience, and familiarity with Islamic finance (preferred).
