Description

  • Manage clients using recurring MIPS consulting services.
  • Host remote consultations with clients and prospects on MIPS best practices.
  • Serve as Nextech’s internal MIPS industry expert for its supported specialties.
  • Provide Product Management with customer feedback for product enhancements and corrections.
  • Collaborate with Consulting to develop and maintain MIPS best practices.
  • Identify, triage, and report software bugs and assist with workarounds.
  • Maintain customer retention and approximately 75% billable utilization.
  • Participate in product education, team, guild, best-practice, and national user conference meetings.
  • Maintain client meetings, projects, and opportunities in Outlook and Salesforce.
  • Submit timecards, weekly summaries, KPI updates, and other departmental reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare IT and MIPS.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, critical-thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
  • Knowledge of or experience in one of Nextech’s primary medical specialties preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical clinic workflows preferred.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and protected health information preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15%.
