Description

  • Design and develop onboarding programs, refreshers, job aids, assessments, and other training materials.
  • Translate workflows, SOPs, product changes, QA findings, and operational updates into practical learning content.
  • Facilitate remote training, practice activities, coaching, and feedback for agents and vendor trainers.
  • Participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions and support new vendor onboarding.
  • Observe vendor-led training and document delivery quality against agreed standards.
  • Use QA, CSAT, ticket trends, learner feedback, and production performance to identify training gaps and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate materials, version control, and change logs.
  • Coordinate program logistics, timelines, attendance, and materials with stakeholders.
  • Provide progress updates, recommendations, and escalations to the Training Manager.
  • Use tools such as Genially, Google AI Studio, and Google Apps Script to improve training materials and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in training or learning design, preferably in a customer support environment; this is not an entry-level training role.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, observation, presentation, and remote delivery skills.
  • Ability to create clear, practical materials that learners can apply in production.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Ability to learn operational processes quickly and translate them into effective training.
  • Organized, reliable, consistent, and comfortable working within defined scope and escalating broader decisions.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in telecommunications or eSIM environments (preferred).
  • Knowledge of GSMA technologies, Zendesk or similar support tools, learning tools such as Genially or Google AI Studio, and availability for shift work (preferred).
