Description

  • Research and identify companies suitable for conferences and special feature reports.
  • Contact appropriate decision-makers to generate outreach opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule preliminary meetings and interviews aligned with executive calendars.
  • Maintain agendas and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
  • Support the EVP and Senior Project Director with communications and appointments.
  • Update and manage CRM records to track activity and pipeline status.
  • Write detailed, personalised emails and other clear written communications.
  • Use research and company analysis to identify timely outreach angles such as rebrands or product launches.
  • Help ensure the smooth running of projects and meeting readiness.
  • Take on other reasonable duties as needed to support the business.

Requirements

  • Some experience in B2B outreach, sales support, lead generation, or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience in media, events, or partnerships is advantageous.
  • Experience engaging with or researching prospective clients and markets.
  • Exposure to international markets or clients is beneficial.
  • Understanding of events, sponsorships, or content-led offerings is helpful but not essential.
  • Familiarity with thought leadership formats such as reports, webinars, and whitepapers is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred, with a strong academic record preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to identify relevant prospects and timely outreach opportunities.
  • Ability to draft clear, tailored, and compelling written communications.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how outreach supports business development.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and tools to manage pipelines and track activity.
  • Competence in using AI tools to support research and productivity.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a focus on outreach activity and meeting-setting.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and sales teams.
  • Ability to prepare briefing materials and support meeting readiness.
  • Full-time role based in India, working 12pm to 9pm IST, Monday to Friday.
