Description

  • Build and manage relationships with key district-level decision makers.
  • Sell EveryDay Labs’ attendance solution using solution-based selling and solution mapping.
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust strategic account plans for key accounts.
  • Build, manage, and forecast an aggressive sales pipeline.
  • Design lead generation campaigns and manage sales through the full lifecycle.
  • Present solutions in person to school and district leaders and negotiate terms.
  • Secure approvals and agreements with school boards and district stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and enablement.
  • Represent EveryDay Labs in the market and contribute to sales strategy and growth.
  • Evaluate customer needs and structure tailored solutions within established guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success selling technology products to school districts in the K-12 market.
  • Extensive experience networking, prospecting, and building a pipeline.
  • Well-versed in MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Proven success forecasting business in the EdTech industry.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects.
  • Based in the Western United States, ideally in Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, or New Mexico.
  • Ability to work with significant autonomy and make independent judgments on matters of significance.
  • Background check required as part of the pre-employment process.
