Description

  • Partner with GTM leaders on talent planning, performance management, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
  • Coach managers and leaders on leadership effectiveness, feedback, performance calibration, and employee development.
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters and help ensure consistent, legally compliant outcomes.
  • Support workforce planning, including headcount planning, role design, leveling, and career path clarity.
  • Partner with Recruiting and business leaders on hiring strategies, interview plans, and onboarding readiness.
  • Lead and support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, calibration, promotion discussions, and development planning.
  • Use people and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and turn insights into recommendations.
  • Support change management for reorganizations, leadership transitions, new initiatives, and team scaling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and Recruiting to deliver cohesive people solutions.
  • Create clear, leader-ready materials and communications for people programs, organizational changes, and talent initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
  • Experience supporting Sales and customer-facing teams, preferred.
  • Strong experience coaching leaders on performance, team dynamics, and leadership challenges.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and translate business needs into scalable people solutions.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance considerations, including FLSA and contractor classifications.
  • Ability to identify patterns and insights from people data to support better decisions.
  • Balanced approach that combines empathy and rigor while supporting both employees and business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to escalate appropriately when needed.
  • Background check required as part of the pre-employment process.
