Description

  • Partner with client business, data, technology, security, and ServiceNow stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI and Data Intelligence use cases.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, prototypes, production implementations, and delivery plans.
  • Build data pipelines and integrations that ingest, transform, enrich, index, and retrieve structured and unstructured enterprise data.
  • Design and optimize RAG, semantic search, document intelligence, and enterprise knowledge solutions.
  • Develop Claude-powered applications, agentic workflows, tool integrations, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Integrate AI and Data Intelligence capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, APIs, knowledge, and user experiences.
  • Develop evaluation datasets, test plans, monitoring, logging, tracing, and feedback mechanisms for AI solutions.
  • Apply security, privacy, governance, access-control, and responsible-AI safeguards throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, designers, product managers, and clients through workshops, demos, code reviews, and delivery ceremonies.
  • Contribute reusable code, accelerators, RAG components, evaluation assets, architecture patterns, and implementation playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, cloud engineering, systems integration, or a related technical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python; JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and SQL experience is valuable.
  • Hands-on experience building applications, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud services.
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data, SQL, data transformation, data modeling, ETL/ELT, ingestion, or integration.
  • Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, prompt engineering, AI agents, or LLM APIs.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, service accounts, and authentication and authorization patterns.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of Git, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and agile delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to work directly with clients in a consulting or professional-services environment.
  • Preferred: experience with Claude, Anthropic API, RAG systems, vector databases, LLM frameworks, agentic AI, MCP, data platforms, ServiceNow, cloud-native tools, observability, or relevant certifications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–50% based on client and business needs.
