Description

  • Partner with client business, data, technology, security, and ServiceNow stakeholders to identify and deliver AI and Data Intelligence use cases.
  • Translate requirements into technical designs, prototypes, production implementations, and iterative delivery plans.
  • Build data pipelines and integrations that ingest, transform, enrich, index, and retrieve structured and unstructured enterprise data.
  • Design and optimize RAG, semantic search, enterprise knowledge, and access-aware retrieval solutions.
  • Develop Claude- and LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, tool integrations, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Integrate AI and Data Intelligence capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, APIs, knowledge, data, and user experiences.
  • Create evaluation plans, monitoring, logging, tracing, testing, and continuous-improvement processes for AI solutions.
  • Apply security, privacy, responsible-AI, governance, access-control, and compliance requirements throughout delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, consultants, designers, product managers, and client teams through workshops, demos, reviews, and implementation activities.
  • Contribute reusable code, RAG components, evaluation assets, accelerators, architecture patterns, and delivery playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, cloud engineering, systems integration, or a related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience building applications, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud services.
  • Strong Python proficiency; JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and SQL experience is valuable.
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data, SQL, data transformation, data modeling, ETL/ELT, ingestion, and data integration.
  • Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, prompt engineering, agents, or LLM APIs.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, service accounts, and authentication and authorization patterns.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of Git, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and agile software delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work through ambiguity in client environments.
  • Ability and willingness to work directly with clients in a consulting or professional-services setting.
  • Preferred: Experience with Claude, Anthropic API, RAG systems, vector databases, LLM frameworks, agentic AI, MCP, enterprise data platforms, ServiceNow, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, or relevant certifications.
