Description

  • Partner with client business, data, technology, security, and ServiceNow stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI and Data Intelligence use cases.
  • Translate requirements into technical designs, prototypes, production implementations, and iterative delivery plans.
  • Design and implement pipelines for ingesting, transforming, enriching, indexing, and retrieving structured and unstructured enterprise data.
  • Build and optimize RAG, semantic search, enterprise knowledge, and access-aware retrieval solutions.
  • Develop Claude- and LLM-powered applications with prompts, structured outputs, tool use, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, knowledge, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Develop evaluation plans, monitoring, logging, tracing, and feedback mechanisms to improve quality, reliability, latency, adoption, and cost.
  • Apply security, privacy, governance, and responsible-AI controls throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, designers, product teams, and clients through workshops, delivery ceremonies, demonstrations, and reviews.
  • Contribute reusable code, accelerators, RAG components, evaluation assets, documentation, and delivery playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, cloud engineering, systems integration, or a related technical field.
  • Strong Python proficiency; JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or SQL experience is valuable.
  • Hands-on experience building applications, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud services.
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data, SQL, data transformation, data modeling, ETL/ELT, or data integration.
  • Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, prompt engineering, AI agents, or LLM APIs.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, service accounts, and authentication and authorization patterns.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of Git, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and agile delivery practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Claude or Anthropic, RAG systems, vector databases, LLM frameworks, agentic AI, MCP, enterprise data platforms, ServiceNow, cloud-native tools, observability, or relevant certifications.
