Description

  • Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise use cases.
  • Define end-to-end architectures covering data pipelines, models, orchestration, APIs, integrations, user experiences, monitoring, and governance.
  • Design and implement Claude- and LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, RAG, structured outputs, tool use, and workflow orchestration.
  • Architect agentic systems with defined permissions, context strategies, approval gates, fallback paths, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, enterprise applications, APIs, databases, cloud services, and collaboration platforms.
  • Develop and monitor machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks, observability, testing, quality measures, safety controls, and responsible AI governance.
  • Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, design reviews, proofs of concept, client demonstrations, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Create dashboards and reporting to measure AI adoption, workflow outcomes, business value, operational performance, and model quality.
  • Contribute reusable architectures, agent designs, integrations, evaluation assets, and accelerators to NewRocket’s AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience applying AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or intelligent automation to enterprise use cases.
  • Strong hands-on Python and SQL expertise, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
  • Experience architecting or delivering AI/ML, LLM, RAG, conversational AI, agentic AI, or AI-powered automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, tokens, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud, including relevant AI and data services.
  • Experience with Apache Spark, Snowflake, databases, data warehousing, query optimization, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience with NLP and transformer models, including Hugging Face or comparable technologies.
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, human oversight, hallucination mitigation, prompt-injection defenses, and governed deployment.
  • Strong architecture, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills; bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Preferred: Claude, Anthropic API, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, MCP, LLM frameworks, vector databases, AI observability, MLOps/LLMOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code experience.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree or relevant AI, cloud, data, ServiceNow, or Anthropic certifications.
