Description

  • Design and execute partner enablement plans, including workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, and technical coaching.
  • Act as an observability architect for partner-led opportunities, supporting complex solution design, demonstrations, and proofs of value.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and ecosystem partners to drive successful customer opportunities.
  • Track engagement risks, resource utilization, milestones, and status in central project systems.
  • Collect partner and customer feedback and share it with Product and Practice teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Oversee partner-led delivery with Professional Services to ensure quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point and guide partners through implementation playbooks.
  • Support partner sales managers and ecosystem partners across the full partner lifecycle.
  • Help ensure partners are technically capable of selling and delivering New Relic observability solutions.
  • Monitor project health and delivery governance across assigned engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering, with a focus on cloud and application performance technologies.
  • Deep technical knowledge of observability concepts, including APM, infrastructure, and log management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems, including systems integrators, managed service providers, and resellers.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear expectations, milestone tracking, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in capacity planning and advising partners on resource needs for upcoming project pipelines.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Ability to pass identity and employment eligibility verification, and a criminal background check.
  • Some roles may require candidates to pass an export compliance assessment, depending on global location and role requirements.
