Description

  • Follow up on inbound and self-sourced prospects and close sales opportunities.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing customers and drive upsell growth.
  • Continuously improve the sales process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, with 2+ years of SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Strong challenger sales skills with the ability to proactively propose ideas to customers and internal teams; route sales experience is not targeted.
  • High interest in new industries and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to sell across industries rather than being limited to one industry.
  • Experience managing dozens of accounts across multiple industries rather than a small number of strategic accounts.
  • Strong team-selling skills, especially collaboration with engineers in presales.
  • Ability to work quickly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical or middleware background with a basic understanding of infrastructure, software trends, and SaaS selling motions.
  • Experience using business tools such as SFDC, Slack, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, and candidates requiring O-1, F-1, J-1, or future H-1B cap sponsorship are not supported.
