Description

  • Lead and mentor Enterprise Account Executives to achieve individual, team, and organizational quota.
  • Structure sales opportunities and deals while supporting selling activities as needed.
  • Build and execute strategic go-to-market plans to achieve growth and market share goals.
  • Drive strategic enterprise deals toward six-figure and seven-figure outcomes.
  • Provide executive leadership for forecasting, territory planning, sales mentorship, and commission planning.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts using top-down and bottom-up inputs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and customer opportunities.
  • Represent the team at trade shows, industry events, internal meetings, and conferences.
  • Own regional customer satisfaction and renewals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a sales leader with direct reports selling enterprise application software.
  • Experience selling to developers, IT/Operations, application owners, and/or business leaders.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, cloud, or application performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated enterprise account sales leadership experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to build, mentor, and lead a sales team.
  • Quota-carrying and forecasting experience.
  • Excellent cross-functional partnership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Direct experience with observability is preferred.
  • Experience generating revenue through new logo wins is preferred.
  • Experience creating sales strategy and contributing to enablement programs is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
