Description

  • Introduce New Relic to new customers in the French and French/Arabic region.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with marketing and demand generation teams on campaigns to create new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute your own prospecting strategies to engage prospective customers.
  • Guide sales opportunities from initial conversation through close.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and update sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Learn customers' business goals, technology stacks, and industry context to identify value opportunities.
  • Develop strong product knowledge of the New Relic platform and confidently demonstrate its solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including solution consultants and customer success to support customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B software or technology sales role.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers and logos.
  • Hunter-first, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for solving prospective customer problems.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS sales models.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal partners such as Solution Consultants and marketing teams.
  • Fluency in French and/or French & Arabic is required.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
