Description

  • Own the website strategy and roadmap for Cresta.com as the business and marketing organization grows.
  • Lead the website CRO strategy by designing and running continuous testing and experimentation programs.
  • Manage web intake and prioritization across 5+ new weekly requests from stakeholders.
  • Project manage internal stakeholders and external agency partners to scope, prioritize, QA, and ship work.
  • Oversee Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, updates, QA, publishing workflows, and governance.
  • Improve website quality through clearer messaging, better information architecture, template consistency, and user experience.
  • Lead website localization efforts with the International Marketing Manager and establish scalable multilingual workflows.
  • Build website performance reporting and insights with Marketing Ops using GA4, Looker, and downstream systems.
  • Identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and industry trends to improve site performance and administration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a marketing website end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
  • Deep hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms, including page builds, updates, QA, and publishing workflows.
  • Experience working closely with and managing external web or design agencies.
  • Proficiency with GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of requests.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of quality for web experiences and brand presentation.
  • Industry-specific experience or hypergrowth scale-up experience (preferred).
