Description

  • Work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutions.
  • Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and help identify customer requirements and processes.
  • Translate functional user stories into technical details and solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
  • Design and implement solutions using best practices and programming principles.
  • Lead a development team by distributing tasks and performing code reviews.
  • Deliver technical end-user training and documentation.
  • Take the lead technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction.

Requirements

  • Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js, or similar languages.
  • Experience building integrations across multiple systems and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of JSON format and related services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD or infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions (preferred).
  • Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP (preferred).
  • Experience with Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, and contact center routing (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred).
  • Contact center product knowledge of platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio (preferred).
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (preferred).
  • AWS Developer Associate Certification or Professional (preferred).
  • AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional (preferred).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred).
