Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain software systems, applications, or services.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Support platform performance, monitoring, and operational health through logging, alerting, and diagnostics.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical input into project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
  • Work independently on complex problems and contribute suggestions to improve policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support business goals.

Requirements

  • University degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience developing software with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with application architecture, APIs, data modeling, and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of source control tools such as Git and CI/CD processes.
  • Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability in software systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Experience working across full-stack environments, including frontend frameworks, backend services, and databases (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, or containerization tools (preferred).
  • Exposure to system integration, monitoring practices, and operational support (preferred).
  • Experience mentoring others or contributing to technical decision-making (preferred).
