Description

  • Lead business process discovery sessions to define scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions aligned to customer objectives.
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud, Order Management, Commerce, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
  • Define and govern solution design, including data models, integrations, and system architecture for complex business requirements.
  • Provide architectural oversight across the full delivery lifecycle from design through post-go-live support.
  • Drive UX and solution design strategy to deliver intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority and strategic advisor to client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide development teams on implementation approach.
  • Lead technical design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Own deployment strategy and release governance, including environment strategy, risk mitigation, and rollback planning.
  • Oversee testing strategy, including unit, integration, and UAT testing, to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years working with Salesforce, including at least 3 years specializing in B2B Commerce across core, Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein features and capabilities.
  • Understanding of the B2B Commerce Extensions framework.
  • Understanding of B2B Commerce APIs and Connect APIs.
  • Understanding of cross-cloud use cases including B2B, D2C, Loyalty, Revenue, and Marketing.
  • Understanding of Salesforce OMS.
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns such as SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
  • Foundational experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms such as Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with test-driven development.
  • Prior experience executing deployments using DevOps tools such as Gearset, Prodly, or Copado.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript.
  • Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a confident, self-assured, ambitious, and driven team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Prior experience building technical artifacts such as Salesforce configuration design documents and technical design documents.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer engagements and internal events.
