Description

  • Build and leverage a Salesforce network to generate incremental sales pipeline and opportunities for Field Service.
  • Partner with sales leaders and account executives to identify Field Service opportunities and support the pre-sales process.
  • Develop relationships with Salesforce sellers, product leaders, and solution engineers to create new business opportunities.
  • Translate complex Field Service and AI capabilities into clear business outcomes for prospective customers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through white-space analysis, account mapping, and outbound campaigns with Marketing.
  • Develop competitive analysis and point-of-view on Salesforce value and differentiation versus competitors.
  • Create packages, IP, and products aimed at the mid-market and commercial segments.
  • Partner with solution engineering, marketing, product leadership, and delivery teams to build offerings, demos, content, and best practices.
  • Support estimation, pricing, and proposal accuracy to improve win rates.
  • Act as executive sponsor and spokesperson for Field Service projects and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Partner with Managed Services and Sales Operations to create recurring revenue opportunities and enablement content.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in the Field Service and Salesforce ecosystem or comparable ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to support high-performing sales teams through pipeline creation and management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Deep experience in the Salesforce and Field Service ecosystem is ideal.
  • Understanding of technical components needed for credible discovery in a GTM role.
  • Strong understanding of operational challenges in Field Service deployments across industries and sub-industries.
  • Knowledge of how AI and automation, including Einstein, Predictive Dispatch, and Generative AI, are transforming service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time if needed.
