Description

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to independent business owners in the U.S.
  • Introduce franchise conversion opportunities to prospective business owners.
  • Qualify prospects and determine whether they should advance to the next step.
  • Maintain strong phone presence while speaking with established business owners.
  • Follow structured scripts and approved messaging during outreach.
  • Ask direct, qualifying questions about business operations.
  • Update CRM records and lead trackers accurately.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team by handing off qualified leads.
  • Track activity and performance against measurable KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of cold calling experience targeting U.S. businesses.
  • Proven experience handling high-volume outbound activity.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to speak confidently with business owners.
  • Experience following structured scripts and approved messaging.
  • Comfort asking direct, qualifying questions about business operations.
  • Experience using CRM systems and updating lead trackers such as Google Sheets.
  • Comfort working with measurable KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Ability to communicate directly with U.S. teammates and interpret instructions without ambiguity.
  • Must be able to work standard USA business hours, Monday through Friday, for 8-hour shifts.
  • Resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Candidates must reside in a LATAM country.

Benefits

  • $1,200 USD base compensation plus commissions.
