Description

  • Identify and qualify new partners, including assessing revenue potential, deal size, product fit, and market gaps.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, coordinating meetings, opportunity follow-up, and competitive positioning.
  • Set rules of engagement, communication protocols, and sales processes for new partner relationships.
  • Work with Partner and TCP marketing teams to create go-to-market programs, webinars, training, and value proposition messaging.
  • Align TCP sales teams with partner sales teams, account executives, and solutions consultants to support demos and sales cycle execution.
  • Drive pipeline generation through partner-sourced prospects and expand revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Enterprise, SMB, and Partner CSM teams to coordinate onboarding, expansion sales, and account growth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for partners and their customers by communicating TCP’s products, value propositions, and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, opportunities, activities, and revenue forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Manage partner revenue performance and ensure assigned quota attainment or overachievement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of direct or partner sales experience with a strong record of quota overachievement.
  • Experience selling the HCM application stack into partner communities is preferred.
  • Experience selling into Commercial, State & Local Government, K-12, and Higher Education verticals is a plus.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, define milestones, and adapt execution as needed.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities through a consultative approach and build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Ability to communicate product and service offerings clearly to customers and prospects.
  • Proven success in managing competing priorities, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong accountability and a demonstrated track record of exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM automation tools such as Salesforce.
  • Comfortable demonstrating software products and explaining feature value propositions.
  • Must be able to work in a role with 25% travel.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and spend prolonged periods sitting and working at a computer.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
