Description

  • Lead discovery and architecture of customer data strategies aligned to business goals, data models, and AI use cases.
  • Assess existing data ecosystems, including legacy warehouses, cloud platforms, and integrations, to define target architecture and migration strategy.
  • Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data Cloud architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time activation patterns.
  • Develop enterprise solution blueprints, integration frameworks, and reference architectures aligned with Salesforce and company best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, architects, product managers, and Salesforce technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Advise customers and Salesforce teams on how Data Cloud creates value across Service, Marketing, and Agentforce use cases.
  • Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems using real-time and batch patterns.
  • Own pre-sales architecture efforts, including solution demos, estimates, and presentations with account executives.
  • Evangelize the Salesforce Data Cloud vision, including modern data activation, zero-copy architecture, and industry-specific applications.
  • Explore and implement emerging AI capabilities, including GPT- and LLM-driven use cases powered by unified customer data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall experience in technology consulting, data strategy, or enterprise architecture.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystems with deep understanding of Data Cloud, including DLO/DMO design, ingestion, and activation.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end data architecture and implementation from discovery and design through deployment and enablement.
  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, governance, and segmentation.
  • Understanding of MuleSoft, API design, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, or data frameworks such as pandas, Spark, or DataFrames is a plus.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Architect certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value.
