Description

  • Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Omniscript, and Business Rules Engine.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop detailed solution designs for client implementations.
  • Own portions of solution design and support the Solution Architect as needed.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Build reusable assets that can be deployed across multiple client engagements.
  • Create and maintain technical data models and supporting implementation artifacts.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and source control management activities including pull requests, merges, and change commits.
  • Assist with deployments between environments, sandbox seeding, final production releases, and rollback or restore activities when needed.
  • Manage technical handoff collateral at the end of projects.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with third-party platforms and related web services as part of client solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Agentforce Revenue Management, Revenue Cloud/RCA, CPQ, or Salesforce Billing projects.
  • Strong understanding of pricing and discounting calculations, proration, and accounting operations including billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Omnistudio Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature tools.
  • Foundational understanding of Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms such as Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
  • Experience building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
  • Knowledge of integration concepts and tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to learn and implement new concepts quickly.
  • Prior experience creating Salesforce configuration design documents and technical design documents.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Experience integrating web services using Scribe, SOAP, REST, and JSON.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Sharing and Visibility Architect certifications.
  • Strong experience using Apex and applying Salesforce coding best practices for scalable applications.
  • Experience with design patterns and test-driven development.
  • Experience executing deployments and using DevOps tools such as Gearset, Prodly, or Copado.
  • Preferred: Platform Developer II certification.
  • Preferred: Agentforce Revenue Management / Revenue Cloud / RCA or Salesforce CPQ+Billing experience or certifications.
