Description

  • Support business development efforts and help develop the Salesforce Education Cloud go-to-market strategy.
  • Build positive relationships with senior client stakeholders, including presidents, chancellors, provosts, CIOs, and CFOs.
  • Develop architecturally sound solution designs for client engagements.
  • Mentor senior consultants and contribute to team development.
  • Understand Apex code well enough to support development efforts on projects.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of clients’ business, challenges, and technology environments.
  • Represent Attain Partners at industry events, task forces, committees, and speaking engagements.
  • Align with technology partners such as Workday and Salesforce to strengthen Attain Digital’s brand and strategic positioning.
  • Provide thought leadership through blogs, podcasts, and panel discussions.
  • Contribute to website development focused on the student experience and deliver billable consulting services on client projects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by building rapport, trust, and respect with senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Contribute content to strategic RFPs with business development and delivery teams.
  • Explain Salesforce architecture tradeoffs and integration design patterns to clients.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on nonprofit and higher education.
  • Ability to evangelize for Attain Partners customers while aligning with the company’s core values.
