Description

  • Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
  • Build automation using Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and MuleSoft.
  • Participate in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado and Gearset.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development best practices and security standards.
  • Enhance Sales Cloud functionality, including lead and opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote flows.
  • Support Service Cloud capabilities, including case management and Omni-Channel routing.
  • Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences.
  • Contribute to client-facing delivery efforts and help shape business outcomes through CRM and platform automation.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
  • Experience with automation tools and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and security standards.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce is preferred.
  • Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements is preferred.
