Description

  • Support Business Applications teams with detailed analysis and execution.
  • Research, analyze, and document findings related to Salesforce solutions and issues.
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to other team members when needed.
  • Design, code, and implement solutions within the Salesforce Lightning platform.
  • Build dynamic and scalable applications that meet company needs.
  • Drive projects and gather business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce team and other departments to complete builds and projects.
  • Own technical aspects of the Salesforce environment, including integrations, data migration, AppExchange products, third-party applications, and custom code.
  • Partner with Change Management to define release processes and identify rollback plans and potential issues.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and technical design options.
  • Identify and resolve bugs promptly and verify underlying issues are fixed.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex team issues.
  • Oversee deliverables from analysis and design through implementation using Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay current on Salesforce best practices, tools, and upcoming features.
  • Create demos and proof of concepts to transform business needs into technical solutions.
  • Author, train, and provide governance on configuration projects and best-practice adherence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and building robust workflows and automation.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
  • Preferred: Salesforce App Builder certification.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Cloud certifications.
  • Ability to work onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on location.
  • 0-10% travel may be required.
