Description

  • Own the QA lifecycle from test planning through execution, defect management, and delivery of Salesforce QA automation initiatives.
  • Design and build automation frameworks from scratch, including reusable components and regression suites.
  • Create test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and scripts for web, API, voice, and chat-based applications.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Execute manual and automated testing, including in-sprint automation and regression coverage.
  • Validate Salesforce solution design, architecture fundamentals, and business requirements.
  • Write, execute, and maintain traceable test cases and defect records using tools such as Zephyr, TestRail, X-Ray, and Jira.
  • Support SIT and UAT, participate in defect triage, and guide customers through UAT.
  • Contribute to automation maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and internal teams on story clarification and QA status communication.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or Consultant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce web and API automation projects.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, Provar, and/or Selenium.
  • Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and AWS Connect testing.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Playwright with AI SDK, REST Assured, JMeter/K6, JUnit/TestNG (preferred), Selenium WebDriver, Java, Python, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, and Maven.
  • Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, MIAW, Live Agent, AWS Connect, AWS Voice and Chat agents, or IVR telephony systems is preferred.
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification and Agentforce Legend rank are required; Salesforce Administrator certification is a big plus.
  • Experience with Agentforce Agents across Voice, Chat, Email, Slack, and SMS, and with generative or agentic AI application testing is a plus.
