Description

Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next solutions.
Design scalable marketing automation architectures aligned with business and customer engagement goals.
Configure and manage core SFMC modules including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Data Cloud integrations, and personalization features.
Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and digital channels.
Build and maintain customer journeys using advanced segmentation and personalization strategies.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM, CDP, APIs, and third-party platforms.
Manage data extensions, SQL queries, automations, and audience segmentation.
Develop dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
Build reusable templates, automation workflows, and scalable campaign frameworks.
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and support A/B testing, reporting, and optimization.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, sales, analytics, and technology teams.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution architecture discussions and stakeholder workshops.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong experience with Marketing Cloud Next capabilities and modern customer engagement platforms.
Proven expertise with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, SQL, AMPscript, and API integrations.
Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, or CDP solutions.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel strategies.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
