Description

  • Own the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, scenario design, test case development, execution, and defect management.
  • Design and build automation frameworks from scratch, including reusable components and regression suites.
  • Lead or independently manage QA efforts across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC/STLC models.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across projects.
  • Write and execute test cases, maintain requirement traceability, and manage defects in Jira.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect triage and customer guidance.
  • Collaborate with business and internal teams to clarify user stories and validate requirements.
  • Contribute to automation maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Test Salesforce web, API, voice, and chat-based applications, including Service Cloud Voice, AWS Connect, and telephony systems.
  • Leverage generative and agentic AI tools to improve QA outputs such as test data, test cases, and status reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or Consultant.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce web and API automation projects.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, Provar, and/or Selenium.
  • Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright (with AI SDK), REST Assured, JMeter/K6, and JUnit/TestNG preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Java, Python, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven, and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
  • Experience successfully delivering at least one Salesforce QA Automation implementation, including in-sprint automation and regression coverage.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce solution design, architecture fundamentals, and business requirements validation.
  • Experience or knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce Agents and testing of agentic and generative AI applications is a plus.
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification and Agentforce Legend rank are required; Salesforce Administrator certification is a big plus.
  • Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, MIAW, Live Agent, AWS Connect, AWS Voice and Chat Agents, and IVR telephony systems is preferred.
