Description

  • Manage the full sales process from lead management and qualification through evaluation, close, and account care.
  • Win new business, drive pipeline, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Sales and Customer Success teams, including Core AEs and SEs.
  • Carry a quota and focus on new logo acquisition to support high-growth targets.
  • Partner with Account Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to identify new market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality responses to maintain a strong customer experience for clients and Salesforce.
  • Acquire and maintain applicable Salesforce certifications.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with Salesforce channel partners.
  • Experience selling Salesforce end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions.
  • Ability to work as a quota-carrying sales performer focused on new business.
  • Commitment to hard work, a positive attitude, and continued learning.
  • Travel may be required up to 25% for certain roles.
